Will my insurance be billed?

Your insurance will not be billed from this office for visits. I will print out a receipt that you may be submitted to your insurance or health savings account for reimbursement.

Is there a long term commitment for the weight loss or hormone therapy medications?

No, you pay per vial of medication. If you do not feel that the medications are working for you, you may stop taking them and they will not be prescribed.

Do I need an in-person appointment?

Some medications require in person visits while others can be Telehealth.

Will this medication alone, cause me to lose weight?

No, Diet and exercise is essential to losing weight on this program. A referral to a nutritionist for advice on diet options is available.

May I get my money back for the medicine/consult/supplies if I don’t think the medicine is working or I cannot tolerate the side effects?

No, I cannot offer anyone a guarantee that they will lose weight, there are many factors that affect weight loss. If the side effects are intolerable, I will not be offering refunds. This is a good weight loss tool for some people, and not for others. This is an an elective choice on your part, and may or may not work for you. There is no obligation in anyway to have ongoing care if its not working out. Please do not purchase products if you expect a refund in the future.
